all i can say is i'm glad that CA is an outlier when it comes to the mood of the country... we had ballot initiatives that passed with huge majorities limiting taxation and gov't expansion... CA is really out of step with reality agree with you about fiorina and whitman...dem lite won't cut it...the state needs a strong conservative voice a la RR, but i don't see that on the horizon any time soon
