you could buy an airstream, move to a no income tax state, drive to CA and travel the coast and enjoy the beaches at your leisure I've spent most of my adult life traveling, been to all the best places, lived on my boat for 7 years from May to November, sailed all over the Caribbean. I've done the camping thing to a faretheewell. I'm "retired" now and I like sleeping in my own bed - not a hotel bed or camping out in an airstream. I actually like where I live - even if it is California and full of fruits and nuts.
