Thanks James, Sales could also have increased since that information was released. In my opinion this asset could possibly help to make CVIA even more appealing to a merger candidate. It sure doesn't hurt. The press release that had the information on the revenues for T.L. Phipps, must have been some time prior to May 30, 1997. I have not yet been able to track down that information. This is the only information that I have found so far on T.L. Phipps & Co. I took this excerpt from a press release dated May 30, 1997. -------------------------------------------------------------------- T.L.
