Roger,

What is your take on this Zack's upgrade / downgrade / upgrade business? Did they merely downgrade BROC in order to be able to upgrade it after the investor conference? Was a Zack's representative even in attendance? Do they usually pull stunts like this? I am asking because I have no experience with Zack's research and analysis, and am curious how they are percieved in the market (with regard to their recomendations.) I would like to think that they command a measure of respect on Wall Street, but this yo-yo stuff does not bear the hallmark of a reputable research department.
