So could this be the result of the elections in California and other such places including the Fed Gov? Rich people who live in California or New York do their best to establish a residence in another State. The Pols hate that. Calif State income tax approaches 11%. NY is almost 8% plus city income tax. That is why Rush moved to Florida.
