Ryan, please don't forget the difficulty people have experienced getting their certificate requests processed. From what I've heard, the burden is entirely on the shareholders to force the issue, because orders have been refused due to lack of inventory, when, instead, the DTC should have automatically been demanding inventory replacement from the MMs. It's entirely possible that some of the inventory was replaced due to the recent drop, in which some shares were obviously shaken out. If that is the case, it may, in fact, require that a few more shares be bought in order to once again remove the inventory.
