I wonder how long the mandate lasts under that scenario?

Ethanol mandates are running on borrowed time. Opposition runs across the spectrum. Even a large number of enviro outfits are opposed to corn ethanol.

And the radicalized EPA is going to get a long overdue and much deserved smackdown in the next Congress. That's one rogue agency running way out of control..
