Jim: I have 25 years experience in insurance claims and am presently an independent expert witness in that field. Ignorance of the problem will not be a valid defense. Better to have tried to fix than to ignore completely. Lawyers are licking their chops over the potential litigation. They smell blood and it's green. This liability problem can only help TPRO although I'd be interested in their own liability coverage. They will have considerable exposure. They need a very comprehensive policy with huge dollar limits that also will pay defense of suit. This type of coverage won't be cheap but will be absolutely necessary. Stu
