Bill, I'm afraid your post is riddled with factual errors, both as to the rights of potential claimants against SNCG as it is today and LS's role in SNCG then as well as now. There was a connection going back to the days when SNCG was first working with FQ; this is speculation on my part but I would not be surprised if LS's interests had a hand in the development of and sale of FQ's underlying technology to SNCG way back when.
