Roger and Al: I too would like to thank you for your "unemotional" reports on the investors meeting.

Roger, you picked up the Zacks upgrade before I did, however I have the same questions as Russian Bear -- why the flip flop? Interesting that the same e-mail included a reduction in estimates by Robinson-Humphrey BROC: ROBINSON HUMPHR decreased estimate for fiscal year ending 12/98 from $-0.10 to $-0.11 on 11/10/97.

Roger, was there any discussion regarding the competition at the meeting? The field seems to be getting crowded. Which market sectors is Brock concentrating on and are they going after large organizations where there may be formidable competition -- Peoplesoft, Baan, and SAP? See the following announcement from Baan:

Aurum Solidifies Vision for Leading Configuration and
Interactive Selling Solution: to Acquire Best-of-Breed
Sales Configurator Beologic.

How many were in attendance at the meeting? Were there any other analysts at the meeting besides the two that you mentioned? Anyone else from SI? Who was there from Brock? Did they provide any further guidance on revenue expectations for the fourth quarter and 1998?

Thank you again for sharing your knowledge.

Toni
