'states showing which states have the best and worst tax environment for business:'

Noticed Florida and Nevada were right at the top all these years for best environment for business. Ask Jim why we never seem to develop a real economy down here? Also noticed your next link about who the real engines of our national economy are. It sure as hell ain't 'red' America. I shudder to think how backward this country would be without all the innovation and risk taking the past 150 years in the big cities of the north or the west coast.. Too many confuse all this with the underclass of poorly educated disproportionately large black and hispanic population that tends to live in these areas leading to the welfare state. The telling story is the much higher achievements of whites and Asians in those areas versus the rest of the country now our 'red' America.
