Hate to say it but I am not buying into America's rugged individualism concerns. Its all about jobs. Provide the jobs and people will be happy. Whiners. They want government to fix the economy, and in the next breadth want smaller government. Rugged individuals my ass. I think Obama should say "want smaller government? This is what we're going to do starting today: cut social security payments by 50% medicare has a $5000 per year deductible immediate end to all unemployment benefits immediate end to all college grants no more veterans benefits public schools will cost parents $3000 per student per year, upfront *no more regulation of any business including food and drugs that's for starters... we're going to make government MUCH smaller so you Fing rugged individuals can really show your spunk!
