The S&P is up 50% since Obama has been president. Pure socialism at it's finest.

Thank god I played the rally and received inspiration from many far away from this now doom and gloom board some of which are on SI. It has been an incredible run since Obama became president for me. Oh yes also glad I didn't get burned to bad by the house of cards economy courtesy of the GOP collapsing a few years ago and I thank the inspiration from many fine people on this board back then including you.

If you or I had listened to Joseffy or Larry Kudlow or Art Laffer types everything was fine and dandy when the GOP controlled everything.. Yeah right I'd be broke now too with Josef in a van down by the river and part of the debt slavery society if I listened to all the hype...lol Instead I have the cash and access to credit to make RE deals of a lifetime again on a constant basis
