Great game last night. Georgia Tech did a great job of winning the game only to be thwarted by the multiple game winning efforts of the Hokies. Kudos also to everyone for the great displays of professionalism and sportsmanship. Georgia tech deserved a round of applause from the Hokie fans for their much appreciated efforts. Something like a respectful consolation prize ala Nebraska. Props and a shout out to the saxaphone and air-guitar section of the Marching Virginians. They seemed to being enjoying some special moments with the ESPN cameraman perhaps aided by a few shots of nitrous-oxide. Whatever it was, many looked like they were way beyond happy in the stands. I haven't enjoyed seeing so many kids laughing so hard in a very long time. I hope the team and coaches are enjoying this season as much as the fans and I.
