Stratfor missed looking at growth in Northern Europe - Germany, which they mentioned, Nederlands, Denmark, Norway (oil) Sweden, and Belgium. The non-PIIGS, as it is. Add it up, and it is about 90 million people.

Also, I think Poland, Czech Republic, are doing okay, but from a lower base. That's another 50 million people.
