Haven't you been paying attention to what the Republcian leaders have been saying? They have said over and over and over: "NO compropmises". They just spent two years blocking everything they could that Obama put forth (even thier own legislation of obama was for it) and I guess that is what the people whanted because they sure awarded them. The people want to see the president fighting for them not laying down before the republcians did the last two years. It was unseemly the way Obama let the health care bill drift for a year until the right wing managed to gut it. The Republcians are never going to cooperate with obama. Their agenda is to destroy Obama. It is their agenda!
