Wow, I really hit a hot spot with you, didn't I? I was commenting on the fact that small businesses can't get loans from banks and shouldn't expect them.

I was always in business for myself, and used about 40,000 in rolled over credit cards credit to finance it. I built that amount up over the years. My backup was my house equity. I knew no bank would lend me a dime. So I have no sympathy for a small guy like myself blaming the banks for his problem. They don't want to talk you until you have built up some equity.
