Huh? Brazil hosts a few of the world's largest recent oil finds, and they are mega discoveries. They are going to be rich. Russia has so much oil and natural gas they effectively control Europe. India? Dunno, but China is at least a decade behind where it should be in exploration, and has actually come up with some disputed ownerships of major NG deposits in areas around Southeast Asia.

And, why should the US or Canada share anything with countries whose GDP growth in multiples of that of ours?
