You raise an interesting point that I've also been wondering
about. What liability does TPRO have as one of the official
Y2K "compliance" company's working on behalf of Aon? Can Aon
turn around and file suit against TPRO for missing something
in it's Y2K audit of a company they insured and ended up paying
out a lot of money on? Would be interesting to see if/how the
alliance is worded to protect TPRO from this kind of liability.
Does anyone know how this sort of thing is usually dealt with
in setting up a partnership?
