<It seems to happen all of the time. You know the report will be awful, so you put out a press release saying a month that will not be in the report is great. This company could be bought fo under 15 million dollars, a fraction of what advertisment money at TM. How much did Doug say TM was spending on the R&D? About 1/2 million.>
It does happen all the time because many investors are too impatient and sell. So, your point is? ....
<If you think JP doesn't want to do a reverse split, then I would ask what do you think happens when you dilute a stock down to .37? His actions show otherwise.>
Oh, yes! I see. You're right. JP should have just gone done to the bank and got a loan. Of the multitude of other financing options available to QDRX, he chose the the worst one for the shareholders (including himself).
Daniel, He didn't have a choice, QDRX needs cash. How else can he get it?
<As far as Victor is concerned, don't even mention it because as stated before it's not our money. It's the Banks.>
Who owns Victor? I am well aware QDRX doesn't have access to the cash today, but when the loan is paid off they will, plus WE own it.
<What is the reason Spinergy can't make them fast enough? Is it the production line that is slow or is it they are flying off the shelf?>
I would say both, being high end there is no tolerance for errors so somewhat slow line, plus from the sounds of it, they are selling well.
<What kind of margin is there for bike wheels? Did JP buy into that contract to show us a deal?>
Don't know. & I doubt it. He probably bought into the original deal, but earned this deal for the quality product.
<We'll see why they released some news that really wasn't, just before judgement day.>
I think we all agree this quarter will be ugly and I'll make a prediction - Q4 won't be profitable either. BUT I bet both show continued improvement. Q2 1998 is the quarter I beleive things will turn around.
Daniel, These are all problems that face the majority of penny stocks. That is why they are penny stocks. Sounds like you need to stick larger companies.
Good luck, Brent |
