Mario, have you ever heard of, or even better, grown, a garlic called slovenian red? ... hardneck rocambole variety, said to have little bite while being quite garlicky ... i was trading one of my unknown varieties for some german red, fellow mentioned the slovenian, doesn't seem to be any available for this season, but sounds interesting |
