Many I associate with see the pass through as their acceptable long term "exit strategy"...Good on you. I also wish to cheer for your assumption of the market structure going forward. If anything is as much subject to change as the fluidity of the "market place"...I could only think it is surpassed by the ability of a woman to change her mind. LOL

Yours is as much a deferral tax strategy-- with added benes of insurance and preservation of buying power-- as the promulgated "rolled forward loss as a tax avoidance/deferral strategy" espoused by Benedict.
