Just as the Heritage article was not about corporate welfare.

But the difference is that Heritage acknowledges and frequently talks about corporate welfare and other aspects of the culture of dependence that where not mentioned in the article linked to earlier in this conversation, rather than ignoring the other parts of the larger issue.

Another difference is that unlike the Heritage article, the article on TARP was wrong, because TARP simply has not bee profitable to the government. A point which you seem reluctant to concede or address.
