Palmer was up strong yesterday,until trading stopped at 1:30PM.Has anyone info on whats going on ? I left a message with P.R. of Palmer,questioning whats going on,but as of now they have not returned my call.Howard Ruff has again rated it as a strong buy in his Nov. issue of his news letter.
