The tea bagger playbook is right out of the GOP 1930-31 playbook. The time and place for their cuts are on recovery for the working person perhaps in a few more years. Right now the best things they could do would be cut the military, end the wars, start raising retirement ages 2-3 years ASAP and mandate much higher retirement ages for city, county and state workers or federal funding gets cut off.
