Not sure where you can get historical option quotes. Compuserve might have it but they are expensive, at least they used to be - that's why I dropped them a few months back.

I sold one Jan 990 OEW call at 8.625 yesterday. Despite a 5 point gain in the index in early trading, the price backed off from the 8.875 bid to 8.625.
