Guys: I've made tons of calls and gotten the following regarding weakness. There was a seller in Florida over the past few trading days that has cleared out a huge, huge block of the stock. No reason was given, but it was NOT an insider. Just a trader, I'm told. There were also some rumors of a lawsuit that were totaly and completly unfounded. They were started by someone who must have some motive (I wonder what that could have been), who said that the suit was over forward looking statements made by FSCX mgt. Regretfully for them, some uninformed investors took this to be fact instead of fiction and caused further pressure on the stock. ANYONE who's been following this company for any length of time should know that Madsen doesn't make forward looking statements. THAT'S IT! I can't find anything else out from any of my normally very reliable sources. I'm still assured that this quarter should be good and the Big Kahuna is scheduled for the following quarter. Same story I've heard for the past several months. A good sign, considering that the story has remained the same. Good Luck to All. Rick..
