If you don't know how she designed DNA, how did you then come to find out that she designed it in the first place?

Do you know of any codes not developed by an intelligent party?

I think the idea that codes can spontaneously generate in the absence of intelligence is a form of magic. Why do you think nature magically and spontaneously produced a genetic code?

For example, is there a sequence of nucleotides that translate to "Designed by YHWH"?

Not that I know of, but it would be funny if they find something like that someday. Of course, you'd say that nature did it.

How can I also see for myself that this YHWH character put DNA together?

You have to use your God given intelligence and common sense.
