Only two-thirds of passenger trains run on time on the 3 ½-hour trip between Seattle and Portland, and the state is trying to boost that number to 90 percent.

That's the train I ride all the time to see friends in Portland. I won't take ILL's share.....just WI's and OH's. ;-)

Although the only thing ILL can build now is the HSR from Chicago to St Louis. WI kills the Chicago-MPLS link and OH kills the Chicago to Cleveland link up.

This weekend I read another commentary from a British author who lives in NYC talking about the ending of the American age and the decline of the US. You know.....I don't want to believe that talk is true but the more I watch this stuff unfold I realize its probably very true.
