So the changes may be more structural......meaning more permanent than temporary. FLA may be forced to develop industry other than the ones that cater to the tourism industry.

I think things will flatten out... then just bump along. And in another 15 years or so there will be another Florida real estate bubble. The human organism doesn't retain information very well when greed is in the air.
