How could anyone not know that the government fudges all the time on the data it releases to the public? Most people don't know that the Federal govt. has its own accounting system. It's not the same GAAP used by individuals and corporations, lol. I bet the government doesn't even know its own true fiscal condition.....just like the banks didn't know what they actually had on their balance sheets.
