Yes ElM, 1 billion people each giving the government $1000 = $1 trillion dollars, which is real money even in USA pixelation processes, but if all they earn each year is $2000, they are still individually poor though the government will be rich.

What matters to individuals is their own lives, not how high on the hog the kleptocratic totalitarian bosses are living.
