That's not much free market... The government has a big chunk, for sure, and will have more when PPACA cranks up. I question your calling the employment segment "socialized." Companies are free to choose if they offer and what they offer. They either self insure or buy from the market. Employees may or may not have multiple options but their employers are operating in market environment and do so on the employees' behalf. I wouldn't call health care "socialized" unless the coverage comes from the government. Employee coverage is called "group" as opposed to "individual" but each is market based as opposed socialized. Group insurance is simply a pricing mechanism of the market--you get a cheaper rate when you buy in bulk.
