Just looked up "output gap" on Wikipedia and thought I'm back
to USSR. What does the next 5-year plan say?

In short, this seems to be the gap between reality and what was
planned. The plan does not allow for a decline.

In other words, since the output gap will never close,
the Fed will print until the cows come home -g-
