Actually...I take it back! After crunching the numbers some more, I think the new cash can be put to good use. Paying down debt ought to add $500k or so to the bottom line, and will leave enough cash to buy in about $400k per year worth of earnings from franchisees. The combination of the two should be just enough to overcome the dilution. The only question after that is how long the company can keep up the above-average growth rates. I expect earnings comparisons will continue to be positive, but not nearly as stellar, in the next year.
