You have an unwavering belief in government fed data that I do not share. Oh, don't get me started on items that are wrong with government accounting. But if you ask the question as to whether aggregate inflation is increasing or decreasing in this country, their answer is much better than your experience. And, better still, I can check the data that goes into their answer to see whether I think they've left relevant things out, jiggered some number, or put things in. Can't do that with your data. So that leaves me with two problems with your argument: it's over generalized from your experience and it's not verifiable. Hmmmm.
