Don't rely on HotMetal Pro to save this company. Look at the recent WebWeek survey. HotMetal trails the web development tools leaders by a wide margin. BBEdit is a Mac only HTML Editor (the survey was of independent web shops which are more Mac oriented than corporate users. FrontPage is the leading visual tool while HomeSite is the leading Windows HTML editing tool. BBEdit 33% HomeSite 16.5% FrontPage 16.5% Fusion 12.1% others HotMetal Pro 3.3% others webweek.com This is not a big market and it has many competitors, some of them fairly large. SWEBF needs some other solid products to grow...
