To All NRI Investors:

The 10K is out and is being received with mixed reactions. The Goons (those who see and voice everything bad and black) are having a field day as expected. The Goons are clearly having fun chanting that the sky is falling?

To give balance, the 10K also offered the following positive:

"The Company currently has value-added reseller agreements
in place with 20 companies. Approximately 120 organizations have purchased personal authentication scanners and NRIdentity software products."

It is clear to me that the strength of NRI is its ability to partner up with the "value-added resellers" as many of them are industrial giants. This to me validates two fundamentals, i.e., endorsement of NRI's technology and the talent within NRI secure such alliances. The coat tail of Computer Associates alone should bring in mega mega bucks.

Of course, the final proof is "will the corporate/hospitol world adopt fingerprinting technology and if so will it be timely for NRI?"

What is also encouraging is that the 10K indicated over $600k "receiveables" going into the 4 qtr. Also, I have heard that orders going into the 4 qtr are in excess of $1 million.

In any event, it is time to do the "Quarterly Questions to the CEO" (QQTTC), assuming that Mr. G is willing. So, if you are currently a NRI investor on the SI thread and would like to poise a question to Mr. G, please abide by the following:

- The question must not exceed 50 words.

- You must indicate that you are currently a NRI Investor.

- Post your question on this thread no later than noon Saturday, 15 Nov.
