Ratan...you could prob very short term short all of these mini rallys...esp IBM near 100, INTC if up 2 pts on a day,TXN at 110-115(cover at 109 or better...hahahahaha) and so on...these rallys just cannot seem to build momentum so play the hell out of things and put your stops in place....
