Desire Petroleum PLC (AIM:DES) the oil and gas exploration company wholly
focused on the North Falkland Basin, is pleased to announce that the Rachel
North 14/15-2 well was spudded at 10:40 hrs (GMT) on 12 November 2010.

A further announcement will be made once drilling is completed.
