Wait a minute. The MM's have 3 + 3 + 2 days, etc. to cover. Plus, they only have to cover what is requested by the DTC. Plus, I suspect there's a few more perks they have to delay. How can anyone, but the TA have the exact number of shares certificated? Why should they give that to us? That's priveleged info. We can not know whether an investor has her shares in cert form or not. Again, only the TA might know that. I wouldn't start panicking yet. I think that getting as much information together as possible as good. But panic is not.
