Maybe he made bad appointments. He'd have done better with a committee chaired by the last person to balance it, and consisting of just Chairman Bill Clinton.

Doesn't take changing rates, changing COLA calculations, changing retirement ages, and all. Just takes taxing LeBron James on all his income, not just the first 1%. They taxed me on all my income. Why not him? Removing the cap is a 75 year fix.
