In answer to my own question, it seems so. (CSCO got creamed after hours. A trigger for a turn in sentiment?) Add in a slack job by the US @the G-20 meeting (they ain't buying what we were selling, among other things) and markets are doing a wipe-out, especially Asia. -5% for Shanghai.. -6% for Shenzhen... ouch, unless your playing the pull back Time for Spend it like a $drunk Benny to get the choppers a movin' --- again... Just fill in another $trillion or two
