However, it does make one an expert in process development, process design interaction and yield improvement. I'm just suggesting that you try to expand your technical ability so that you can comprehend the significance of outsourcing a strategic portion of the company (AMD) and comprehend some of the technical "hurdles" that GloFo will have to overcome at 32nm and beyond. Currently Mr Guru, lawsuits are a very small portion of AMD's business ... Perhaps in the future it could become larger as AMD is "liquidated". Might be better for you to spend your time on more relevant matters. Just a thought. Mahmoud
