I'm just suggesting that you try to expand your technical ability so that you can comprehend the significance of outsourcing a strategic portion of the company (AMD) and comprehend some of the technical "hurdles" that GloFo will have to overcome at 32nm and beyond. "Middleman" sums the (downside) issues up nicely. I can see downsides and upsides. The latter can largely be summed up with the word "flexibility". fpg
