Cosi, Inc. regains compliance with Nasdaq Listing Standards On November 4, 2010, Così received notice from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market that the Company had regained compliance with the Nasdaq Listing Standards by curing the minimum bid price deficiency. As of November 3, 2010, the bid price of the Company's stock had closed above the $1.00 minimum requirement for a period of 10 consecutive trading days.
