Malcolm, there is one important element that can't be overlooked. My buddys at work and I own over 100,000 shares, most in cert form.
We talk about this issue every day. It is clear as day that there are a number of those who are tremendously short on this stock. It is only our opinion, but we believe they are short some 5 to 10 million shares.
Don't for a minute think that they are only short 100,000 shares. If my buddies and I loose all of our shares, then we move on as this being a bad business decision. We would not be putting out bogus press releases and spending every minute of the day, 7 days a week, trying to sway others for our benefit. We will always believe that there are some 5 to 10 million shorts out there on this one. These shorts will remain there until we can get the right amount of pressure applied to the MMs. Since many brokers have caused some of the delays to many in getting their certs, we don't believe that its the brokers who will save the day. We believe that the pressure will have to be applied to the NASD from shareholders and from the company. The company would probably get a faster response then from us. Just our opinion.
