Steve, on the flip side of Chinese construction, here's an example of "too big to fail" at work ... Utopia, Part 3: The World’s Largest Shopping Mall pbs.org Four years after its construction, the mall is still 99% empty. The documentary shots of the empty mall, deemed the "biggest in the world," are absolutely surreal, like an ultra modern ghost town. This may be a warning of things to come in China. And perhaps a warning to the policy-makers here in America who think government should be responsible for "creating jobs" by building grand bridges to nowhere ... Tenchusatsu
