The computer in that Eagle was quite primitive and probably didn't have the computing power of today's cell phones. The Eagle computer was built with single transistor chips.....by IBM. It was obsolete by the 69 moon landing.

And btw, silicon state of the art dimensions are at 15 nm horizontally and much less than that in the vertical direction, eg 2 nm

Where would magnetic resonance imaging fall on your scale..? Too close to 1970?
