Imbalance? Which imbalance? Imbalance was when 1 billion consumed and 4 billion got by. Now we have 2.5 billion consuming and 1 billion consume-downsized. It is the task of emerging markets to adapt their internal structures to the new realities. j Jettisoning the old tools of the time they did not have money pouring in. Brazil is structured to have scarce foreign exchange. Brazil goverment also still have too much control over the economy which it must relinquish. Solution there does not depend on the US, China nor Europe. Depend only on the political will of themselves.
